Facing a repair issue?
Please read through the maintenance advice below before making a repair request.
Clogged Toilets
If the toilet clogs in your rental home, first try using a plunger to dislodge the blockage. Place the plunger over the hole and push and pull firmly until the water drains.
Sink / Shower Clog Drains
If your sink or shower drain clogs, try to clean the drain. You can attempt to fish any hair or other debris from the drain; many hardware stores sell tools specifically for this purpose.
You can also try to use chemical drain cleaners. If you use one of these, carefully follow the instructions on the bottle. Overusing drain cleaners could damage the plumbing system, so caution is warranted.
